Chibi Chibi Con Flier Art Contest! 2012!

Attention all humans! Members and non-members of Student Video Gamer’s Alliance and Giant Robot Appreciation Society! A flier art contest is upon us for the upcoming 12^th annual Chibi-Chibi Con on March 3^rd 2012! We’re calling upon you to send us your art to have on the official convention flier!

Submissions need not include convention information, we’re just asking for anime style art and space to add in other details about the convention. Send us with a wonderful background or characters or both. Due by Wednesday, January 16^th at 9:00pm. Send submissions (characters and backgrounds separately) in an email to littleneon@live.com in a photoshop document or another image document. Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions and good luck~!

ChibiChibi Con 12 Flyer Contest

We could really use a new mascot for ChibiChibi Con 12 and a new background for our flyer. So we are having a contest to see who can make the best mascot and/or background. Please get your submissions to us as soon as possible. The last date submissions will be taken is July 25th. Any later and we risk not being able to have our yearly insert in Kumori Con’s convention guide.

Voting on submissions will be conducted in some unknown method. Please give submissions in PNG format and in as high a resolution you can manage, just keep submissions below 30 megabytes. Please upload all submissions to a file sharing website like mediafire, megauploads, or rapidshare and email us at animeclub (at) evergreen.edu with a link. Please do not compress the image in a zip or rar file.

ChibiChibi Con Budget Passed & Now Accepting Fan Fiction Submissions

Hi everybody,

Good news. The budget that we proposed to the school was accepted in full, that means the con as a whole is a complete green light. We’ll keep you updated as we get more panels and showings.

Also we are now accepting Fan Fiction Submissions here. Have them in by the 13th of February to guarantee that it gets judged. Submissions after the 13th will only be judged as time permits.
